Born in 1975, Milica comes from Bela Palanka in Serbia where she works as a contemporary dance choreographer in cultural institution "Remezijana". Milica holds a degree at Faculty of Law.

Being an operative trainer of dance, Milica’s passion for art of dance begins at early age with the styles of modern and contemporary dance in elementary school and in the framework of the ballet section at the Bala Palanka's "House of Culture". Her professional experience continues by participating in numerous dance seminars, conventions and dance competitions - both national  and international.

At the Festival of Youth Artistic Dance ''Days of Dance'' held in Bela Palanka she holds numerous first awards for the best choreography such as: Spider's prey in 2003; In search for a pre in 2009; Sherlock-Holms in 2010; On the edge in 2013; Wind and leaf  in 2015 ; Who's the Stronger  in 2016. She enriches her dance experience by conducting children's dance performances and choreographies such as: Dance Dress  of One Dandelion, Snow Queen, The Child - The Movement of Music - overview of Isidora Duncan's life and work; poetry dance evening ''Remembering Desanka Maksimovic''.

Milica is devoted to constant development of her knowledge and experience and the latest workshops, involving dance for and with children and youth in the field of performing arts, she attended are: workshop ''Access to Dance'', Generator - European Collaborative Platform for Contemporary Dance Development for Young Audiences, 2019 and seminar '' Young Theater on the Move '' organized by Children's Cultural Center Belgrade in 2020.
